Just a bunch of random...at 2 am.

I want to start with a random beautiful quote...

WHO LIVES MOST?

"We live in deeds, not years; in thoughts, not breaths; in feelings, not in figures on a dial. We should count time by heart-throbs. He most lives who thinks most, feels the noblest, acts the best."-Philip James Bailey

I have never and will never be anywhere close to perfect.

But I will be better than the day before. I will be consistent in my progression.

I will continue learning like a lost child, because I will never know everything.

I will have faith like a child.

I won't let the joy I have worked hard for be taken away.

I won't care what a single person says about me negatively, because it is only God that judges me.

I will fail, but to fail is to experience, and to experience is to learn.

I have called it a lesson learned for years now, because the thought of failing can either bring you completely down or be your biggest help in evolving. Ironically going through hardships are better for your character than having everything at the palms of your hand.

Grace is what God gives when we are broken and lost. Grace is what allows us to see His Love. America is a country where everything is easy accessible so we become satisfied and forget about God because we don't always need him. His power is made in our trials because we realize the world can't help us overcome depression or the darkest of internal emotions

2 Corinthians 12:10
But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

We LEARN SO MUCH while in our hardships and trials. Allow yourself to learn while you are going through something, when we let a problem overcome us, we then have allowed the enemy to take full control and give us a state of depression and sadness and worthlessness. Be strong my love. Because once you get through you will be stronger and wiser. How can one be strong if they had not worked hard? How can one be strong if they were't pushed to limits? How can one be strong for his brother if he does not know what the brother is feeling?  Recognize that we do not live in a perfect world. Recognize that you are going to stand tall and get through.

On another random note..

One of the most important things I have learned is to stop talking and listen.

Listen and you will either hear ignorance or hear wisdom. Speak to much to either and you lose value in learning what you may not know.

Listen to your elders, because when they say they have "been there done that", they truly have.

Stubbornness will keep you from learning and will keep you ignorant and closed minded. You will only learn what you choose to learn, and sometimes what WE CHOOSE to learn is not what we NEED to learn.

James 1:19
My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.

Proverbs 12:15
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice.

Proverbs 18:13
If one gives an answer before he hears, it is his folly and shame.

Proverbs 18:2
A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.

Proverbs 17:28
Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent.

Exodus 14:14
The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”

That then goes into being comfortable with life. Living comfortably may be easier but you will need to find the true riches or meanings of life and why you are here.

Getting out of your comfort zone is to learn things you may have not known about yourself, to expand, to get deep within, to come in contact with your soul that has been thirsting for attention and love. Some of the things I do now I would have never pictured myself doing before. It's really crazy. Growing up lol....

I live life on the edge and it can be tough as a human because I fully depend and trust in God for my tomorrow's move and what's in store for my next season.

But guess what?

This trust is admirable to Him, so I can proudly say He always provides. It makes life so thrilling because God is full of surprises and blessings. Blessings so different than the actual blessings we would like.

I truly have lived by believing these verses. Don't you know that the bible is a manual, medicine, and pure truth? My life and testimony can account for it. I have taken leaps of faith and God stood by my side so tightly, because... I truly trusted while being out of my comfort zone. He has brought these verses to life in my life. That is what helped me understand the bible and believe it to the depths. Also, remember I am not perfect, this has all happened over much time. The difference is that I tried. I truly tried to live better. When you give anything pure effort you will see results no matter what.

Jeremiah 17:7-8
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”

Proverbs 16:3
Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans.

James 1:6
But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

Hebrews 13:5-
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

Isaiah 26:3
You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you.

Then that goes into Patience.

Would you rather be impatient your WHOLE life? Or go through a few years learning patience, being tested, and conquering it. Conquering it means obtaining peace. God has taught me patience so much. This out of all He has taught me the most. When you can be patient and content, nothing bothers you. You worry less and your peace is unbothered.

Patience is to listen, to understand, to be gentle, to be selfless, to hold your tongue, to be faithful, to have hope, to let God....

If I ever find myself in a time of waiting, then I just think about well maybe God is stopping something from happening to me if I wasn't to wait.

If I am ever dealing with a person, I think well maybe God wants me to show love to this person because they had a terrible day or they just need His love transmitted through me.

In the bible the first thing Love is, is patient.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

Proverbs 14:29

Whoever is patient has great understanding,
but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.

Yes I know, it can be extremely hard to be patient, but learning it is worth it. To be patient is to have a peace of mind! Don't you know that a peace of mind is so valuable in this crucial world. With a peace of mind you can discover and learn yourself. You can love people who throw rude remarks at you. You become free from annoyance. Unbothered.

The most impatient person in the world can be patient by doing a few things:

1. Truly seeking to stop being impatient

2. Pray to the Heavenly Father to learn patience, strength, and UNDERSTANDING to get through.

3. Accept that to learn patience you must go through things that test your patience.

"All growth depends upon activity. There is no development physically or intellectually without effort, and effort means work. Work is not a curse; it is the prerogative of intelligence, the only means to manhood, and the measure of civilization."-Calvin Coolidge

A trying heart will succeed. One who fails at first BUT keeps on going will succeed.

Jeremiah 29:13-You will seek me and find me when you seek me with ALL your heart.

When I capitalized UNDERSTANDING... this is also an important value to have. Most of us spend our lives questioning everything and wondering what's real and what's not. This is not peace. This is worry mixed with judgement and a closed mind.

Pray for understanding because don't you want questions answered?? Understanding is the ability to know that you aren't the only person in the world or with problems. Understanding is to truly feel someone and their hardships. Understanding is to stop being blindfolded to what satan is doing all around you and to know that he is always at work. Understanding is to not be judgmental, because who are you to judge a person's life you have not lived?

God will teach you through people, experiences, discipline, and grace. The process may be challenging but He is always with you making sure you are okay. That is why it is important to stay close with Him in prayer. We seem to tell our BFF every occurrence in our life and ask what we should do and so on. Well do that with God, the beautiful thing is although He doesn't speak back audibly, He speaks back in beautiful ways (signs, people, surprises). That is the true beauty of it. He isn't just some God all religiously, He is Our First Father, Our Best Friend, and because He is Truth there is no betrayal, only Love. Action is how God speaks. Action is how we should speak. Do your actions come out as fast as your words?

Be well & God Bless you all the seconds of your life. Love ya <3 V
